Allow installation via pipx

pipx is a popular tool to install system-level python tools in virtualenvs. While some parts of pywb work when installed via pipx (cdx-indexer!), pywb itself doesn't.

It would be lovely if pywb could be installed via pipx.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Installing pywb with system python is yielding all kinds of warnings on latest python versions. I'm forced to type "break system packacges" on the console to proceed.

Additional context

In most cases, using a container to install pywb is overkill.

uv is the latest hotness. We need a pyproject.toml file, I think.

@wumpus Haha yeah I have to admit there are many python package managers and I just picked the normie one 😅 ... I was not so much concerned about latest hotness (uv is superb) but easy access. pipx comes with Debian, Fedora, Ubuntu, or can be installed with pip, and works. I'm not sure how popular it is.

Perhaps this issue should be changed to include support for more modern package managers in general?

pipx install pywb works now with Python 3.14.
