Manual

1. Generate your SSH key.

   ssh-keygen -t dsa

2. [Upload your public key.] upload

   wget ../upload.sh | bash

3. [Fetch the server's authorised_keys.] fetch

   curl -O- http://bullsh.it/foo.sh | bash
