Requires human review: Adds a new deb-get manifest for Tesseract Matrix client, pulling an amd64 .deb from GitHub releases. New third-party installable source in the catalog needs maintainer sign-off on supply-chain trust and release assumptions.

Closes #2052
Adds Tesseract, the Matrix client, as
tesseract-matrix. That's thePackagename in the upstream.deb(Tesseract-0.9.4-Linux.deb), and it keeps clear of thetesseract-ocrpackages in the archive.surakin/tesseract,latest. Upstream has shipped a stable (non-prerelease).debwith every release, most recently v0.9.4 on 2026-10-18..debis published, soARCHS_SUPPORTED="amd64".VERSION_PUBLISHEDcomes from the tag (v0.9.4→0.9.4), which matches theVersionfield in the.deb, sodeb-get updatewon't keep offering the same release. How I tested it, in an Ubuntu 24.04 container, with the manifest and packages from this branch in
/etc/deb-getand the release JSON pre-filled in the cache, so nothing was fetched:deb-get listandprettylistinclude it too.apt-get install -son the downloaded.debresolves all its dependencies (Qt 6) on both 24.04 and 22.04. README.md is left for you to regenerate, as CONTRIBUTING asks.
