Fixes #374.

Adds a Test Plugin (Gutenberg) workflow that runs the unit tests on WordPress 7.1 with the latest Gutenberg plugin loaded. It runs daily, on pull requests, and on demand. It lives in its own workflow, so a Gutenberg breakage never blocks the Release workflow, which calls test-plugin.yml.

  • tests/bootstrap.php loads gutenberg/gutenberg.php when WP_TESTS_LOAD_GUTENBERG is set, and prints the Gutenberg version next to the WordPress version, so logs show it actually loaded.
  • The workflow installs Gutenberg and runs composer test with that variable set.

While building this I found that 11 tests failed on WordPress 7.0 and 7.1, which the main matrix never ran. #534 fixed that and added 7.0 and 7.1 to the matrix.

Testing

The job on this PR ran Running on WordPress 7.1.3 with Gutenberg 24.2.0... and passed all 100 tests.
