Enables oxlint's `import/extensions` rule, so a relative import without the `.js` extension fails lint. Package imports are ignored, and the codebase already passes. Same rule as apify/apify-sdk-js#770.

Enables oxlint's
import/extensionsrule, so a relative import without the.jsextension fails lint.srcis already covered byNodeNextresolution, buttest/tsconfig.jsonusesBundlerand lets these through (see #759 (comment)). Package imports are ignored, and master passes with the rule on.
