Replace the independent JSON inputs and script collection with one project definition. Discover the routing stack through KLayout, expose logo, render, and map as separate stages, and keep physical-data generation separate from host-side image composition and tiling. Select the headless render cell explicitly, search every KLAYOUT_PATH location, and report only layers present in the GDS. Bind raw-mask records to generation inputs so palettes, formats, map views, and tile settings can change without rerunning KLayout.
