- Added custom baud rate support on macOS via IOSSIOSPEED for rates over 230400 bps
- Used poll() in Linux/macOS PortHandler readPort() to avoid busy-wait loops, and report hard read errors as COMM_RX_FAIL
- Restored Python 3.6 and 3.7 compatibility in GroupSyncRead.txRxPacket()
